no start

I pulled the truck in to replace front end parts but then it would not start i get code for p2623 inj control pressure regulator can someone help any suggestions?

The ICP has had pigtail and connector problems. Maybe do some wiggling on these to see if it helps.

What year is your truck?

Sounds like the ipr (Injector controll pressure regulator) valve went on ya! have fun! They kinda suck because theyre a pain to get to and you need a special wrench to get it on and off. I used a BIG deepwell socket and cut a notch in it for the wire plug to slide in when you slide the socket onto the ipr.
