While installing my shocks today I noticed that the rear sway bar on my trucks had some play in it. The bushings on the axle mounts have a lot of play in them. Is the bar supposed to be tight in these bushings?
I don't have any sway bars. and I hug corners like a vette. LOL. I have factory rear springs and I believe some Rancho front springs that are stiff as heck. Seriously curves that are posted 35 mph max, I've handled at 65 mph and didn't have any fear of loosing traction. I don't even think the truck leaned that much.

so before I start tearing stuff of my truck I wanted to make sure that these are in fact the sway bars...I always thought they were
and with exception to the small leak in my front end, those splotches on the ground are not from my truck
well I pulled my front sway bar off today and i will be getting the rear tomorrow.
I couldnt tell much of a difference except when going over speed bumps...it feels smoother and not as jarring as it used to. I havent tried it out off-road yet...hopefully soon
