Hello everyone
I recently installed a tachometer on my 1970 F-100 with a 360 FE. It got me thinking, does anybody know what the HP and torque ratings on the 360 are? (It has a holly 4bbl and aluminum intake, but is basically stock other than that). Also, at what RPM does the motor reach its peak HP and torque outputs. Last but not least, what is the redline for a 360 FE. Thanks for the help

The HP was around 250 I think. The redline in my opinion should be in the 5000 rpm neighborhood with the weaker rods these had. (compared to the std FE "short rods") One look at one of each and you'll see why a 352/360 should have a lower redline over a 390.
2V, 8.4:1
215 hp (160 kW) at 4400 rpm and 327 ft·lbf (443 N·m) at 2400 rpm

this for the 2 barrel 360
4 barrel probably raises hp a little
