when you do this just make sure that the glass they use is not a foreign made w/s. They have way less quality, (when looked at at and angle you can see the inperfections, waves) and they are thinner, which means they will prob break way easier.
This is thru a certified glass shop. But he owns the shop, and knows me. So its 100% legit, I can get *A* windshield at cost. BUT I'll leave that for the truck I keep.

Most of the shops now have "glass express", which means you go to the shop and they process your claim, and no trip to the icbc office, or you can still go to icbc first and get your claim form and then go to shop to fix.(this is often a drive in, and 3 min latter, drive out process.
Carlite makes Ford glass. I was told that is what will go in my truck.
