Googled for explorer lift kits.
My guess: Too new, and too expensive due to irs. Seems to be lots of ifs mods, but irs takes on more issues with drivetrain angles etc.
I'd email a couple of the major mfgs you can find and ask them what the plan is.... Maybe it's in the works.

The big problem with lifting a 3rd generation explorer is the rear suspension. Look under the rear of your explorer and see how your halfshafts leave the rearend. They go through holes in the frame which limit the amount of suspension lift you can do without halfshafts hitting the frame.
