Make sure the scanner is the most up to date one available. Do you use the windows updater? If nothing comes up using the scanner you may have a bigger problem, like a virus of maleware. In which case you will need an anti virus program to destroy it. Does your pc do anything else out of the ordinary?

Always do the the full scan, you need to look deep.
Are you still having the problems with FTE too? If you have to pay for the norton update there are a few very good free ones. I use avast. You can download it from cnet.com

Only one website not working it strange. Lets look at your hardware. What internet service do you use? Are you connected to a router?

i am using internet explorer through verizon high speed dsl, 3mb. i have only the issue with webshots, no speed issues, no other sites, the full scan cam e up with 2 probs, only medium risk, i just deleted them with no change in anything

as for fte, since their server maintance or whatever it was a month ago i have had 0 probs, fast loads, no hicups, no errors. just that annoying advertisement on top of an f-150 that sounds like a diesel blowing black smoke across my screen...lol

If using at work computer company may/can enable proxy server which will not enable some web services .. ie, "page cannot be dispayed". Company blocking said sites. If laptops going from work/home then need to disable proxie servers options in setup in your browser.
