They do look pretty nice, but the reviews that i have read have not been good at all. Goto utube and type in the 900 series and you will see some bad videos. 2 minute plus load times. that would annoy me a little to much i think.

Per Pioneer site and Crutfield techs, these with the AVIC-F900BT problems have been corrected. I am thinking of going that direction. If not, Kenwood DNX5120.

can these radios be wired so they can use the oem sirius antenna?

Yes. The stock antenna wire that interfaces with the stock radio has a plastic shroud. Once you remove the shroud you'll see that the plug is a standard interface that will work with XM or Sirius capable radios.
