From what I have experienced yeah IE has flaws. But for most of the general users they would never even notice the flaws that it has. Most people never get their backdoor breeched. (think computer backdooe people!)
I know in the professional world pretty much all of the MS programs are not that great.
They have the useability though.

I can tell ya in my experience IE has worked just fine.

Preppy, it isn't the general users you have to worry about.... But hey if it works for you, and you know what your doing, then more power to you.

But for the average user, that has no clue on how to stop the leaks. Firefox, Opera or Safari. I prefer FF, because I have been using it since version 0.1a (beta)

IE is like most MS software, it is generally regarded as a piece of sh**.

Firefox & Opera are open source, Safari is made by Apple (well so is Vista sortta)

I was checking to see if you were awake still

FF & Opera are the most common. Safari like most Mac products are slowly catching on.

When I bought this laptop (Toshiba Satellite A200-TR6), IF I could have afforded a Mac, I would have bought one in a heartbeat. Not only do they run flawlessly, but I can get software to run Windows XP on the mac.

The software is known as Bootcamp, with Bootcamp you can run Windows XP, and all Windows software.
