I can't with 100% certainty, but I think a 7.3 PSD is a 7.3 PSD, no matter what year you have.

94.5 to 96 take a different sensor than the 97-03's. But that techincally speak according to Ford. They are all interchangeable but now that there are new cheap sensors out for both applications there is no reason to swap them. Here are some cheap sensors if you need a new one

They also have the 97-03 sensor but I think because of the recall they are not listing the new ones for a while until they can get some stock or something like that.

I have a new spare one for my 02 but I think I need one for my 94 thats why aIm asking.
Will my 02 one work on the 94?
I might as well use it as my 02 is on the recall list for a new one anyway.
