I've narrowed it down to 2 choices:
Boggers or TSL SX. I only use the truck on weekends, 8k at most a year. Are the TSL SX's loud on the road (not that I care if they are). I'm pretty much just undecidable at this point, just give some info to lean me towards one more than the other. Tires will be 38.5'' tall not that it matters.
shockingly, i would stay away from the 38x15 boggers, for some reason interco decided to change the 38/15 boggers, the treads are very deep, BUT they are also very close together which SUCKS......so id say if your going to stay with the 38's then go with the sx's.....which rock ball!, but if you afford (money/strength) wise, then go with the 39.5 bogger.....

Thats news to me about the boggers. 11'' is kinda too skinny for my liking on my truck. Prolly gonna lean towards the SX's now. How are they on the road, loud?
What kind of wheeling are you going to be doing? The SX, or even the std. TSL could be a wise choice over the bogger. The bogger is the ultimate mud tire, but does have some weaknesses. Leading edges of the lugs cut rather easliy on rocks and spinning them on rocks ruins boggers in a hurry. The TSL (SX if you like those better) will also work very well in both directions. Might become important on trails that are rutted and you need to back up.
Another thing to consider is the lack of side bite that the bogger has. This makes off-camber travel a little interesting when the muddy hill sends you sliding sideways. The center lugs of the TSL provides decent side bite in these situations.
Terrain, and the type of wheeling you intend to do probably should be a factort here.
i liked my sx's when i had them alot.....and reverse is always a plus....but boggers will out pull/dig/bog going foward if you can turn them....go on the interco website, the 38 bogger has about the same as the 44 bogger.....theyd be great if you cut them....
*edit*, the 38/15's have more tread than any other interco tire@ 29/32, the 54 boggers only have 27/32 and 44's only 26/32.......
how are the sx's on milage and wear patterns? the reason i ask is like the sidewall protection, but also have to do some pavement driving to get to where i ride, but still want good traction without having to change tires.
