Have a question for Ya!
On an average when you recieve a set (8) inj.
How many have damaged nozzle springs?
Just a ballpark #. Just seems to be the biggest failure in the inj on a well maintained motors.

Nozzle springs are a total crap shoot. If I had to say an average, it'd be on average 1 of 8 are broken into pieces. Some sets have none broken, I've had some with 4 or 5 broken. Them things are under huge stress, more than the other 2 springs in the injector and break way more often.
FWIW, I had 1 AD set that had 3 broken PLUNGER springs. Only time I've ever seen broken Plunger springs and all 3 were on one set...
