No 352 used a C6.
352 discontinued in 1967, C6 introduced 1966.
The only transmissions used in 352 cars & F100/350's were MX Cruiseomatics.

You will want to get one from a truck rather than a car. The shift lever on the side of the tranny is different and one from a car can tend to bind up and not adjust out to work like it should. A FE truck C6 is a much better choice.
