Technically, the Lightning should win. But, who cares? Just race for fun. Don't put any money on it. AND if you stay a length with him, or tie him, or EVEN BEAT HIM, you have the bragging rights of saying you have a 302 and he has a 351.

Dont do it, you'll definately get your *** handed to ya, I've owned a 93 lightning, just off the line you'll get wasted and from there he'll keep pullin on you. But thats up to you.
