Hi All,
I got what is, I hope, an easy question. Where is a good, or preferrably the best, place to get replacement body panels? Within a reasonably good price too!
A freind of mine wants me to replace the front doors on his S10 Blazer ('86) due to rust for him. So I'm looking to find a place where I can get a pair door shells, hinges & new felt/seals.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,
Chris

Reason: Typo
there are many aftermarket places you can get door shells . FOr felt and all you may try LMC . For a truck that old why not try for decent ones in the boneyard
I agree with trying to find a set of good used ones. Aftermarket ones can be a hit and miss situation as far as quality and fit. I understand that has improved in the last couple of years though. I got a pair of "off shore" patch panels for a chevelle years ago I swear the cardboard boxes they came in would have fit better.
I have had a good experience with P.A.W. , they even took back an item I ordered wrong at not charge (it was my fault - I called it by the wrong name).

I have done several restores and have found that most aftermarket body panels "almost fit" and usually require some cutting and grinding.
