I have a 1980's vintage Savage 67 VR 12 gauge pump, that I finally decided to clean. (I've only fired about 6 shells total in all of the time I've had it).
Anyway, I've long since lost the manual, and Savage apparently disavows any knowledge of older guns, so I'd like a little help. ( I also did some Googling, but nothing there either).
I've never actually cleaned a shotgun -- or any other gun-- except for the times I qualified in the Air Force. From what little I've read, it doesn't seem hard, but any info would be greatly appreciated.
