KOEO Test Results.... help???
Some history (if I'm doing this link right) here's my original post regarding this truck...
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/6...efi-101-a.html
...just got sick of messing with the truck so I parked it out in the backyard a ways back. Got back into the mood last night and pulled it back into the garage. Ran the KOEO test this morning.
First Q - Should the engine have been warm / hot before running this KOEO test??? I ran this test with it completely cold, engine not started since last night.
Here's my codes...
21 = "ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts"
I'm not sure to take this as my temp sensor being 'bad' or just that the engine was cold when I ran the test.
26 - (Seems to have two results) 1) "MAF was greater than 0.7 volts with engine off" 2) "TOT sensor out of self test range .03 to 3.7 volts"
Far as I understand I don't have a MAF because this is a 1990 351W / e40D and has the MAP sensor on the firewall. Far as Trans Oil Temp, I am wondering once again if that's just because I ran the test cold.
24 - "ACT sensor out of self test range .03 to 3.7 volts"
I have no idea what sensor / where reads the air charge temperature. Is that INTAKE AIR temperature or the A/C charge?
The second set of codes ("CM") just read 11 - 11 which I assume just means that the Continues Memory is working.
Help??? Got these codes but I'm seriously hurting for the knowledge / experience of what to do with them next.... sorry for such a long post....
