ECM application
I have a ford ecm HUG2 F4TF-12A650-APC. How can I find the application for this computer? I had purchased several ecms (didn't label them soon enough). Is this ecm for a 1994 F150, 5.8 with mass air?

Give motorcraftdotcom a try. I think under service section you might be able to search by part number.

I found a 93 F150's PCM under the drivers fender. It was a PIA, I think I was able to loosen the inner skin to remove it, but that was 6 years ago and a customers truck so I could have forgot something.
Run the self test diagnostics, I suck at EEC-IV, but there should be two harnesses under the hood, one single pin and one five pin or so. You short the single to one pin on the big harness and it will run. If you can't get diag to run, then the ECM or harness is toast. Usually if an ECM fries, the truck will not start, but a portion of the ECM could fail or short causing all sorts of problems. What specifically is happening?
