Easy replacement for Rail Rockers?

I have a set of stock C8VE-E heads. They have rail typr rockers. These heads have screw in studs. I do not want to use the rail rockers. Is there a good rocker arm I can use without machining the head? I would like to bolt-on and go if possible.

I believe that Crane Cams may make a conversion kit for it. I know that they have one for the pedistal mounted ones.
