It took me 2 sets or projectors to get a good set of set screws even then they weren't set exactly where I wanted them but I didn't want to risk stripping them over a little adjustment.
The one piece I just got was way easier to set and a far better quality product. They are much brighter then the APC style too
How much brighter then the APC projection are your one piece lights? I have APC's and HATE them! What a pain to install.....did yours bolt right in? Thanks
The new one piece light still require a little cutout of the light shroud, but are way easier to install and adjust. They are also way brighter then the APC. Just as good as stock or a tad better. The brightness of the APC were a complaint of the wife's too. No complaints with the new ones.
Cool, thanks! I will probably order a set of those. They look sharp!!!! So you still had to cut part of the shroud even after you had already done so with the APC's? They look like the cutouts would be very similar....
If you haven't cut at all then it shouldn't be that bad, The APC's and the 1 piece are different in the back so I have more missing then If I had just done one. It's just fiberglass so it's easy to cut.
So Bgalaxy,
Are those headlights shown in your picture an HID setup? Or just a projection style? If they are HID, what type are they and where can they be purchased. They look awesome and so does your truck. Nice work.

The lights are just Projection for now and will fit factory bulbs, Not the hack kit you get for the APC lights. it also has angel eyes around the projector and LED side marker lights.
Hid kit is on my long list of too do's I would look at the MTEC kit, I have see several of these at they seam to be the best out. There is a few companies knocking them off too so watchout.
I would go with no hotter then the 7K's They seam to be a nice compormise of cool white and still having a good light about them. Any hotter and it seams to lose too much light.
