nice, i would love a log cabin on the lake... my girlfriends parents live out in moristown, tn, east of knoxville by about an hour. how much are houses going for out there in that area around the lake ?

Where I an located, on the lake, pretty high. an empty lot will go for 240K and a decent size home 400-600K. I bought mine before they got that high and I just want out and I am moving to another part of TN also. I am going to ask 320K for mine since it is only 2 bedroom.
