429 Rebuild

hey guys i have the chance to rebuild a 429. I was wondering what the ball park cost would be for a rebuild, a good rebuild. and what would i need to turn it Cobra jet. thanks.

429 Rebuild

Cost depends on how you rebuild it and what components you use in the rebuild. Better to use catalogs and/or the Internet to set your rebuild goals as everyone has different preferences. CJ or aftermarket heads, CJ rods and oil pump will make it a CJ. SCJ will take a 4-bolt block and adjustable valve train.
