thats actually a good idea. i should get a brand new diesel container and pump some fuel in there so i know there is no contaminants in the container. that way i can tell if its their fuel or my truck
Yea? The color looks ok to you? My stuff has always been crystal clear. I would have freaked If I saw that stuff in my truck.

yeah i was pretty surprised myself but i was thinking about the color and i remember it being the same bluish color at work. I changed a few fuel filters on our 6 powerstrokes at my old job, and the color was the same. . i live in central jersey and i was thinking they might dye the fuel in the area, just like how they dye off road red
I dont see how the fuel would be getting air in it. I'm getting the gasket for the fuel line replaced on the passenger side of the motor cause it was leaking there, but thats after the fuel filter so i dont know. The only thing about the air is that the floating stuff looks like little pieces of crud up close and not like air bubbles.
maybe I should look into getting one of those fuel-air seperators? anyone ever try them?
Last weekend I put the filter housing back on my truck. Went to the gas station to get some diesel to fill the housing. When I poured it into the housing I could see it was clear as water!!
