Me too....just a small screw when my '05 was new. So far its been fine...an easy fix.

Mine was easier; the dealer fixed it!

Does anyone know about where to order an aftermarket cowl? Mine is sun bleached and would like to purchase a new one.

I too have this problem.... I did get it to stay for about 5 months...then it started again.... mine is just up a little.... no one else notices it but me... and that is enough.... thought of putting a very small bit of rubber silicon on it to hold it in place... clear, small, should not be noticeable... when I need to, just pull apart and put new dob on if needed

Its been almost 2 years since my local Ford dealer fixed my cowl and its still ok!

I had my cowl replaced when I had a new windshield put in by the dealer. Two weeks later it popped-up again.
They then put a screw in it and a month later it popped-up a little again!
I'm just gonna live with it 'til spring then fix it myself.
