On my 04 F250 I am getting a bad clunking over bumps, and when i turn the wheel back and forth from 10 oclock to 2oclock real fast while doing 20mph it clunks, same noise over bumps. Noise sounds like its coming from under the foot pedal area, sometimes clunks when i apply the brake too. Is this stabilizer links? Steering is fine, no pulling etc. Thanks,
Most likely it is the sway bar end links like you thought.
It could however be the ball joints, or a loose cab mount bolt.
Crawl under the truck and grab the end links and see if they are loose. While you are under there look around for the location of the bolts that hold the cab to the frame. Pull up the carpet to get at the cab bolts and check to make sure they are tight.
If neither of those is the culprit check the ball joints (there are many threads here with instructions for that).
I got a set of energy eurathane bushings form advanced auto parts for about $50. A press help in installing them. Start to finish it took me about 1 hour. If you dont go that route, advanced also had the replacement links for about $90 for each side ($180 for left and rights so you see why I got the bushings only!)
