Timing?

Ok, Here is what I got..
1990 Bronco
302 5.0 Engine
Automatic

What is the trick to Timing the beast correctly. Computer likes to take over

Talking You must must must disconnect the Spout connector.

It's a little gray or black squarish plastic looking thing sticking out of the harness not too far from the distributor.

If you don't disconnect this spout you will never be able to set the timing because the advance is always present.

Warm up engine first then turn off and then pull the spout start engine again and proceed to time.

!!!!!!! Important!!!!!!!!! make sure you reinstall that spout after timing engine.
