This was all good to hear. I just changed the oil in my 2004 4.6 and for the first time I noticed the build-up in the cap. But it has been colder here this year than in the past few years.

Ours had it bad. Replaced the PCV, and all better now! Totally cleared this up within a 100 mile drive.
