You need to drain the water out of the frame mounted fuel filter. It is under the drivers side of the truck on the inside of the frame basically under the drivers seat. Your owners manual covers the draining procedure.

all you have to do is get the correct size allen wrench and unscrew thr small plug on the side of the frame mounted fuel fiter housing. It is the one that is on the side closest to the front driveshaft.
