Its fixed
Turns out i had a injector control pressure sensor {located on the oil rail thats built into the head} that had shorted out pulling power from the pcm. Truck runs great now . The sensor was $190.00 and labor was $200.00. Thank god i did'nt take it to the stealership could only imagine what the bill would of been. Thanks to all that tried to help.
