I looked behind the lt qtr tim panel for some module that might show my keypad code all I found was insulation a set belt retractor and a speaker any ideas?
If you bought it from a dealer, just go back and shame the dealer into hooking up the computer to get the code. That's what I did. A few weeks after taking delivery, I made him feel badly about not giving me the code. Didn't cost me anything. He even gave me another key.

Reason: spelling
My local dealer did it for free. Once you have the code, you can also add a custom code. I made mine match the wife's Expo so we only need to remember one code...
I surfed and looked a lot for the code on the module. I don't think the X has it on the module like earlier and other Ford products.
Thanx! I'll send my wife to do the begging. Women usually can get the job done better than a man. My warranty card didn't have the code on it. Thnks again.
When we got our X, We had to go back and get the card with the code on it. We were luckey, the trash was not taken out that night. The card was right there in the dealers trash can.
