I`m about to install an Offy intake with a 2bbl adapter and a Holley 350cfm 2bbl and a split header with purple horny mufflers bolted to it on my `69 Econoline 200 with a 240.I`m going with the 2bbl because i really don`t feel like changing the cam right now,and a 4bbl won`t fit under the engine cover.Anyways,what kind of gains am i expecting with this setup? It has a stock C4 and 9" posi wth 3:50 gears.Right now i can barely light up the tires by brake torqueing,33x11.5`s in the rear,they look sooo kool on it.Oh yeah,everyone keeps complaining about spending over $1000 on basic bolt-ons for these motors,do what i did,buy used and search Ebay.I have about $200 into everything i`m putting on the motor,including the Offy intake and the split header which cost $200 each new!!!!
