Where is COOKIE?

Dude, where are you? This place is running crazy. Ryan stops by to hault the madness every now and then. Kwik got smart and stepped back to join the rest of us. This new crew is running wild! Seriously though. Where the hell is Cookie?

Yea, I don't know what the hell has happened to this sight.

BTW, Mike, you did good lastnight, held your own, and came out the better man. I normally don't get too personal here or any internet forum for that matter.
THAT child-like crap goes on at the 'other' sights nonstop. That's why I'm here... for the gentleman. FTE has always been the most respectful of the PSD discussion boards, and I hope it stays that way!

Thanks Jet. I have watched quite a few get sucked in here and fell victim myself. I should have recognized it for what it was....I will be more vigilant in the future. Well, at least I hope to.

A vigilante? That's got a good ring, and seems fit.

Yeah, I agree -- good job, man. I stayed away from that one.

Although, his bazaar attack reminds me of another forum where a few toilet ticks feel like they have to rag on officers as often as he can. I stay the hell outta that one, too. It's actually pretty amusing watching them get worked up, but they do get a rouse out of quite a few of the regulars sometimes. Don't know why these guys like doing that kind of crap, but they must feel like they need to pump themselves up for whatever reason. Probably "Little-Man Syndrome", if you know what I mean...

And I didn't mean anything negative toward Ryan. I was just wondering where Cookie is.

Last activity for Scott was a week ago, so he must be out of town for Christmas.
This forum was very easy to moderate when I wore that hat. Half the time the troublemakers were tied up in a corner before I even arrived.

Dave told me that Cookie was away for Christmas, but not-so-happy.

His wife and girls left earlier on Sunday and went to his mom's first, about an hour away, then continued on with her to the family place in Missouri where they all get together for Christmas.

On his way north, Cookie hit a doe with Big Blue, so limped it to his mother's place, grabbed his wife's Mercury, and continued on. Since it was dark, he doesn't know the full extent of any damage, but it's at least drivable.

Dave may go up with a trailer, if necessary, to bring it back.

It's been longer than just Christmas. I've been on this site almost non stop for nearly seven years. I really needed to get away for a while, so I took a little technology break. I've barely touched the site, or my e-mail, or anything else for nearly a month.

I am back now...and while I will never be able to catch up with all I missed (not even going to try), I will endeavor to get this forum back to the high standards that has made it so enjoyable to so many for so long.

The easiest way to make that happen is when the trublemakers come along, don't engage them. Shoot me a PM or hit the report post button and let us handle the situation. It greatly disturbs me how similar this forum is to some of the "others" recently. This has to stop, and if it is within my realm to facilitate this happening I will.

As far as my Christmas trip.....anybody got a stock bumper, grill, or passenger side headlight they will be willing to part with? Actually the headlight works fine still, just points at the ground. I have to get behind it and bend the support back into shape and it should be ok. Shoot me a PM if anybody wants to talk parts.

Thanks. Surprisingly I didn't miss it as much as I thought I would, but it feels good to be back in the saddle.
