OK ,
I unplugged the fuel bowl heater plug, will this give me a problem in cold weather?

No fuel bowl on my truck (not on any of the four 7.3 PSD's I own).

Don't know how cold it is where you are, but at 27 degrees this morning I had no problem starting. Plug your truck in at night.

The fuel bowl heater may not be hard to change, but you need to know that it is a left hand thread. There is probably a post here to explain changing this out.
