Instead of a "rag joint" (steering coupler), it's actually a Shaft & Coupling Assy.
Illustration: 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog - Section 35, page 9.
This parts catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com & also on ebay.
EVERYONE that owns a truck of this vintage should have this catalog.

Steering coupling (Rag Joint) / None listed in the text, or pictured for 1965/72 F100/250's with 4WD.
3A525 = 2WD Rag Joint / Text = Section 35 / Page 15
3B676 = 4WD Shaft & Coupling / Text = Section 35 / Page 16 (listed under basic #3A526)
Section 35; Page 4 = this illustration in the 73/79 catalog is similar to what is shown in the 1964/72 parts catalog.
The 64/72 parts catalog sez F100/250 4WD, not just F250 4WD as the 73/79 catalog illustration states.
3A525 = 2WD Rag Joint / Text = Section 35 / Page 15
3B676 = 4WD Shaft & Coupling / Text = Section 35 / Page 16 (listed under basic #3A526)
