06 cold start

06 cold start
Hi there, i have a 06 F-250 powerstroke with just over 47,000 KMS. on it.
Ilive in and work in northern alberta canada and have never had a problem until now,my powerstroke always started with no problems in cold weather -15c to -28C without being pluged in until now (third winter) the ficm was replaced but still has a hard time cold starting even at -5C to -10C, has anyone else had this problem or know what to do.

Congrats on your 06 F-250 PSD.
I`ve never tried my 05 on a cold start when not plugged in.
