With the stock '+1' Heavy Duty coils it rode very stiff and bottomed out hard on speed bumps! The factory shocks were also very poor, not enough to properly control the springs front or rear.
The Bilstein coils not only gave more travel up front but, along with their HD shocks all around, gave a much more smooth and controlled ride. As I stated in a post above it also eliminated the 'death wobble', along with proper front end alignment (caster). I highly recommend the Bilstein coils and shocks!
The Bilstein coils I purchased were specifically designed for the PSD but should also work well with a V-10 or V-8 gasoline engine equipped Super Duty.

Hey Guys,
I just put BFG 305-65-18 on my 06 PSD CC yesterday. They fit without the DR leveling kit no problem. I have been waiting for the kit also but I needed the tires for the snow.
I also put my plow on at the tire dealership took make sure there was no rubbing also, everything works even with the weight of the plow on.
I may go with the Bilstein leveling kit if DR doesn't produce shortly!
