My brother-in-law has a 2002, F250 PSD, 7.3 with a Gold Superchip until recently. He had the "steelership" do some work and they reflashed his PCM and now the Gold Superchip is not compatible with the new PCM program.
Question: Can Jody or someone like that reflash the Gold Superchip if they have the I.D. numbers from the PCM? Or could they reflash the PCM along with the Superchip?
If something like this is possible, what might be the costs?
I do not understand why they had to flash to PCM except they knew it would void the Gold Superchip.
