Have you ever seen a set of double stacked blocks kick out? Its is not a pritty thing to see. Mechanic i used to work with used to tell us a story about a truck that did it. Said it was awsome to see but not for owner.
Nice truck XL. I plan on spraying the outside of my truck with bedliner. I will probably go black. I'll put all of my chrome and alluminum back on it. Some of the trails that I ride on would destroy a good paint job.
Click on my gallery to see more pics of my truck and some friends and customers rides.
Edit:
Yea I seen them kick out before. Thats why I'm going to replace them. They are steel and have been welded together. I'm not too worried about them kicking out. It just has way too much axle wrap. I am worried about throwing out the drive shaft.

I took mine to the Pines in NJ and i hydrolocked my engine, also got so many scratches and broke a few of my fogs up top. I got truck all fixed but didnt fix fogs yet. You like getto liner fender flares? Covers up rust well. and doesnt look that bad. I cut all of rust out and filled with metal and bondo.
I wont have to worry about scratches after I liner it. I do spray on bed liners as a side job. I'm looking to open a full service accessory shop next year.
The bed liners is doing better than the accessories. Everyone wants something just no one has any money. I have gotten some of the dealers to send me some trucks. So far everybody has been satisfied. The brand is Qwik Liner.
I would do it but you are a little far from Louisiana.
Never heard of them. Down here in NJ or up from u, most places is Rhyno or Linex. Havent seen anyother. Would love to do it but I need to take care of some other things 1st. Thats how people are with snow plowing. Id love to have you plow but I dont have the money.
I already love this forum. So responsive! F350 your truck looks good man. I dont want to waste the money on new coils or any of that. By the end of summer i will be riding on 12 inches of lift with a Solid D44 in the front. I was just looking for a temporary fix for the next few months until my SAS is done. Im trying to stay away from a body lift because once i have 12" of lift it will be hard enough to work on the motor but even worse if it was 3inches deeper in the compartment. The body lift job looks good on your truck also blood hound. I love our body style of trucks. Props to this forum! Looks like for now i will just go with new ball joints. I cant wait to tighten up the steering on this truck!
Thanks, I like yours also. I had a Jeep YJ with a body lift. Came like that. It was a 3" body on top of the stock body pucks. The lift came out to be like 4 1/2". It looked so lame like that. It made it easier to work on. Give me alot of room around the bellhousing and trans.
I love it, Its a Dick Cepek one. I picked it up at my swap meet for 10 bucks with all the lights. If you dont have someone help you put it on it will rattle. I did break a few of the lights wheelin a few months back. I havent got around to getting the glass for them. It does make the truck alot taller so if you go into garages and such mine doesnt fit some times. If I have to work on it I have to take it off to get it into my garage. Oh the lights all KC Daylighters, I have them on 1 big switch that sounds like a breaker for a house. There so bright. I love em. Id like to get a double tube roll bar and put the lights on that. If I could find one id sell ya the bar.
