They all broke? 2 the block or just the heads? Mine didnt even look like there was any bolt. It was just 1 peice of crust. I got mine out some how. Oh yea for 1 week I sprayed every bolt 3 times a day with WD-40, PB Blaster, And Liquid Wrench.
That right there will help like no one's business.
I been soaking mine once or twice a week for weeks and weeks.
I use P'Blaster exclusively.
On my 65' Ford, motor had never had the manifolds off. I saoked all bolts for probaly 3 months while I saved money for the cam and stuff.
When it came time to pull her apart, they all came out.
Best of luck, you've reached a really frustrating point.
I'm doing the same job on my 89 F350 7.5L as well. I had one of the 8 break on the passenger side and the first one on the drivers side so far. The passenger side looks like it was way easier than the drivers side will be due to the difference in the shape of the studs.
My neighbor, a machinist, told me to stay away from "easy outs" and look to use something like the Alden Power Extractor. They are like a drill bit and extractor in one and won't cause a problem like a broken hardened easy out in your head.
Have you found anything else to remove the bolts so far? Mine are flush with the head so this happens to be my only options right now.
When I 1st did mine, there was a bolt broke on the drivers side, not from me just was missing when I went to change it. Well I was just slippping in gaskets untill I got money for long tubes. The bolt was the 2nd one on the first exhaust port of the drivers side. I never got it out and even with that 1 missing it never leaked. Wierd.

This is the same one that broke on me too. I'm dreading removing it because I haven't seen how far into the head it is and unfortunately, it is behind the shock mounting plate and hard to get to. I'm thinking I may have to remove the shock mounting plate to get to it (i.e. drill out rivets, remove bolts, and rebolt when done). Ouch!!
