I am running 17 or 18, the 22" that they call for hit the chrome trim on the top of the windshield.

My blades hit the trim on the drivers side. Thought somone put the wiper on wrong. Did these trucks come off the line like this? What is Fords stock size?

the books at the autopart store will tell you 1997 f series truck use 22 inch
the reason is in 1997 ford changed the body style of the f -150 truck but not thr f-250 and 350 trucks, the people that do the books don't seem to be truck people.
one other thing it takes a 18 inch blade but watch what kind of blade you buy the ones that have a small part of the plactic arm that turns down on the end will hit the trim on the drivers side. fi that is the kind of arm you want to use just put a 17 inch on the driver side, will only be 1/2" inch shoter at the top and bottom.
