first its a 95 powerstroke,the harness looks fine from inside valve cover to the inj& g.plug, Now i have the new gasket but my main plug is toast does ford make a pigtail?

 

91: I feel your pain, I was wondering the same thing today when the gasket and GP/Inj harness had a cook out. I don't know the answer to your question but I'd be surprized if Ford didnt tell you that you had to buy the whole top harness. If that should happen the junk yard would be my best bet unless there is an after market replacement.

I was just playing around in AutoZone and some how I got into an area that had 180 Ford Tech. Service Bulletons 89 through 99 maybe 2000.

Anyway there were three that pretained to:

"Terminal Repair and Splice Kits"

I don't know if these will be of any help but it may be worth a try, at least you may find that there are in fact replacement plugs of some type.

Hey guys i'm having a mental laps right now but pigtails are available.I just repaired mine,can't remember name of place in Indy #is 317-808-1500 ask for harness repair kit includes pigtails w/8inof wire.Color codes are basically the same w/ostripes easy repair.I think the name of the place is Powerstroke Store???
