Another thing you need to do it put up signs, that video and/or audio taping is being done. We had someone steal Copper bus bars out of the shop, destroying several expensive switch gears. It was a partial inside job. The whole thing was thrown out of court because there were no signs, even though it was common knowledge of the cameras. He in turn sued the company for unfair dimissal, back wages, damages, etc. That was denied. Really felt sorry for his dad, who had worked there since the company was formed, and worked his way up in the company.

We dont have no stupid laws like that here in Alabama. Signs get put up to avoid the breakin and the resulting damage. Its pretty hard to get resatution from someone in prison. Plus if they did enough damage it could brang your busness to a hold untell the damage is fixed or you might have to stay somewhere else untell your house is fixed. All this could be avoided if you just put up signs.
I dont see why the court would throw this case out. There is no reason to warn that your are survaying your own property. I would just argue that my cameras are so we can watch or children and animals from remote area thru out the house.

I have'nt posted any pictures yet cause I'm having problems getting somethings back online. THe DVR program for my pc is one of them. This is the main reason I insisted on a DVR in the system. My wife tried to get me to say money and just use a pc as a DVR. I foresaw something like this could happen. So I still have cameras filming and the footage is still being recorded. I yet dont understand whats going on.
