I can save you the same fuel for half the money, and save you work at the same time!
Send me half the cost of the tornado, and I won't send you anything, so you won't have anything to install. That's all there is to it!
They do work as long as you replace the muffler bearing at the same time otherwise no go! lol
LMAO!!!!
I like that one.....
I have tried it but on two older vehicles...one was fuel injected, the other carburated. It did seem to help a little on the carburated Bronco...but did nothing for the injected one.
Absolutely 100% bogus crap. I once saw a writeup by an aeronautical engineer and a mechanical engineer talking about that product, both said it would probably create turbulence and be detrimental to air flow. I looked at one once at a speed shop, it is about $0.25 worth of stamped paper thin metal, I could make the same thing from a Pepsi can.
Huge companies like Ford have hundreds of engineers working for them and if it worked they could produce it for about $0.10/each, and guess what- they don't!
How about the Turbo Air Guide? It has that "honeycomb" that's supposed to straighten out air flow in the turbo inlet for better flow with less trubulence.

Turbo Air Guide
"The picture above illustrates air straightened by the TAG entering the compressor wheel." NOTE: They use an illustration, no real test plan.
They could have used a clear intake with smoked air and high speed camera to show any turbulence before and after.
Looks like a variation of the Tornado. In my opinion, the design would limit air flow, not enhance it. They sell a 2-fer package because the air can get crooked again before entering the engine. My question is "How crooked can air get while traveling through a round pipe?" No obstructions, no crooked air.
They say it really works if you add a performance chip too. Keep your air filter clean and save your money.
I love this country. Ain't Capitalism great!
