Heater AC Wire Connector ?

Heater AC Wire Connector ?
I am in the process of re-wiring my truck with a new underdash harness and I am using some of the stock connectors and what not. I am currently wiring up the heater/AC part and I am wondering what this part of the harness connects too.

So, I found that relay on a diagram (accessory safety relay) and the schematic, but I have another question about that "black" wire which is right next the the orange wire going out to engine compartment through the same gromment. What is supposed to connect to that wire? Thanks for all the help. Sometimes after reading diagrams (all the fine print), my eyes get "buggy" and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
