Hub bearings ok on that side? Did you change one rotor and not the other?
Just wondering cause both of these things can cause that. Knowledge from experience right there. Although, it would seem odd for it to not start until after a month of driving.

well the drivers side got changed about 4 months ago, and now i just changed the pass side, but i was driving around last night and my brakes seem to be working good, no tug, but i still have a pull to the left, but not always, sometimes it tracks striaght. last month hunting i hit a few rough roads and i was going about 45 mph on the loggin raods and the front kinda took a beatin, so i think maybe now that i bled the brakes again, and got lots more air out everything may be allright there, i didnt realize that more air could be in the calper, must take a bit to work all the air out, i am gonna see about the allinment issue due to the roads, but like i said, it only wants to go left once in a while.
You may want to do some checking around, one of My local parts suppliers has started offering calipers for the powerstrokes with a lifetime warranty on them. I believe it is Parts Plus place.
hmm, never heard of a hose collaping, what causes that??? i checked the pass side for a kink in it, but it seems good, i am taking it in on tuesday, had had a wheel allignment done about 1 1/2 months ago, and since then my truck is wanting to go to the left once in a while so i think i have an issue with allignment, so something may be loose.
Usually a hose problem is due to the inner liner of the hose swelling up and acting like a check valve, causing the caliper to hang up and drag. Never saw one that caused no caliper piston movement, but, I guess anything is possible.
One of mine on the passenger front side is frozen solid. Brute force didn't crack it loose, so now what? Has someone posted an ingenious way to pop it out, or am I in the market for a nuckle?
