They're filler panels that go on either side of your radiator. The with the grommet goes on the driver's side, you run the wires for the headlights and parking lights, along with horn wires, through it. Parts 8104 & 8105 in the bottom drawing:
Those are actually air deflectors. They mount to the top part of the rad cradle on either side of the radiator. I beleive i have a picture at home showing these in place as i was taking the front end apart. When I get home from work tonight i could scan it in and put it in my gallery for you to look at.
Basically the long tabon the front slips down inside of the rad cradle. The tab on the side with the hole in it goes on the outside of the rad cradle and gets sandwiched between the top of the inner fender and the rad cradle (if i remember correctly) the one with the hole in the front goes on the driver side.
Cool! These were parts I didn't have, didn't know I needed them, and came with the larger deflectors behind the headlights, that are really, really bad on my truck! So, I will treat them as a "bonus"!!
Thanks, all!
BTW, Bob, the pictures you have - what are those out of? I have seen CD's on ebay, with parts catalogs - is that one of those? I really need to get something like that, the service manual doesn't have everything, and since mine was in parts, pretty much when I got it, sure would come in handy...at least to find the parts I am missing.
Yeah, the drawings are from a DVD I bought on uPay for $18. The seller is no longer a registered user but there are others that sell them. Very useful for getting these diagram out of. You can zoom in, to a certain extent, on smaller parts.
