I don't believe it will. I think it is an FE bracket. The picture in the replies shows the correct bracket. They can sometimes be found on EBAY, and Mummert may have them. It also requires a special bolt at the water pump and a secondary adjustment bracket. I bought the adjustment bracket from NPD (T-Birds part)
