Transfercase Lube

what type and brand of fluid supposed to be used in a 205,what would be the best to be used in iti need to replace the input and output seals..

I believe they came from the factory with straight 140W gear oil. When I re-did mine I went to a good 80W90 gear lube, because 140W is kinda hard to find.

http://www.broncodata.com/reference/tcase.htm If you live where it is super hot maybe some 140 but in tn stick with the 80 weight. I knew someone who used a 80w
motorcycle tranny lube and do not do it it actually compares to like a 30w!! He had a
few gallons of the stuff and who know if there was damage but it is something to be
aware of.
