EEC swap question
Can I put the computer from my 89 f150 4.9l in my 94 f150 4.9l? I swapped the tranny in the 94 (e4ode) with the 89 tranny (5sp mazda) and am tired of seeing the check engine light, but won't pull the bulb for it either.

Is the '94 mass air? If so you cannot change the computer.

no, its sd, but I was more worried about the speedometer not working afterwards.
