94 to 89 engine swap

i have a 94 f150 with a 5.0 auto trans, and an 89 f150 4.9 manual trans. both 4x4. was wondering if the wiring for the 4.9 was to dissimiliar to swap the 5.0 into it, also wasnt sure if the 5.0 will bolt up to the borg and wagner 4 speed

The trans will bolt up, you will need the correct flywheel and starter.
Hopefully others can advise on the electrics.
