Tuner question

If you use a tuner that reprograms the computer does it overwrite any flash programs you have or will it leave those alone. I have the buzz flash and was wondering what would happen to it?

Before you flash you computer you save the current stock tune, and re-flashes will be saved also.

so does that mean that the flashes won't work after you use a tuner but will be saved for when you put it back to stock?

I don't know what the "buzz" flash is, I am not sure what parts of the computer are replaced when flashing, maybe someone with some more insight can comment then.

I can only speak about the Edge Evolution. You save the stock tune to the edge PRIOR to making custom changes. Thus you can revert to stock anytime.

I should have clarified what kind of truck I have . I have a 2005 350 with the 6.0 L. The buzz flash is a flash that pumps the injectors for about 20 or 30 seconds after shutdown to help prevent stiction.I think.Anyways i was just curious if that or any other flash would still work after you use a tuner or not.
